Technical Sales Graduate

Key Responsibilities

As part of the development programme, the successful candidate will gain exposure to:

• Product training on herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, adjuvants, nutrition and biologicals.
• Research farm activities, including product application, measurement and reporting.
• Product development through field trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Product formulation processes within the Research & Development Laboratory.
• Quality control procedures in the Quality Control Laboratory.
• Production processes of various plant health products.
• AECI Plant Health’s Emerging Farmer Initiative.
• Depot operations and associated duties.
• Research, data analysis and professional report‑writing.
• Assisting with technical support and sales duties as delegated by the Technical Advisor and Regional Sales Manager.
• Formal training modules throughout the programme.

Qualifications & Requirements (Must‑Have)

• Grade 12 with a post‑matric qualification: B.Agric or B.Sc Agric degree.
• Fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable own transport.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
