Purpose of the Job
To ensure that reagents are offloaded from truck. To ensure that stock is counted, dosed and mixed according to the client specification. To also ensure that deviations related to reagents and anything that can affect the running of reagents is reported.
Required Outputs: Functional
- Reagents quality control.
- Reagents flowrate measurements.
- Offloading of reagents.
- Sampling.
- Reagents stock taking & Data capturing.
- Operate and be in charge of reagent equipment.
- Conduct Safety inspections and equipment inspections at the start of every shift and correct non-compliance to objectives and safety standards.
- Execution of reagents maintenance;
- Reporting deviations outside of reagents parameter to the Supervisors/Vendor Manager.
- Housekeeping in the section to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics & Science or NQF 4 Chemical Operations.
- Living in the area where mine is located.
- Must be computer literate.
- Be willing to relocate as and when required by the business.
