Regional Manager

To assist the company to retain , grow and expand it's business horizion and also manage all technical and training related issues for all current and future customers in Zambia.

Principal Accountabilities

• Build a technically compentent team that will provide quality technical support and training to all customers in order to maintain and gain market share for the company.
• Coordinate, monitor and drive all mining projects and product conversion for all customers.
• Evaluate and implement new mining projects
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet the company 's objectives and vision.
• Assist in the preparation and meeting  of both sales and fixed cost budget
• Contribute to the company's overall strategic thinking and decesion making.

Competencies

• A Mining Eggineering qualification with 10 years experience in sales & markerting environment.
• Must have an Explosives Engineers certificate and must have a blasting licence.
• A minmum of 5 years production mining experience preferably having attained at least a Mine Captain position on the mines.
• A leader/Manager with open thinking and breadth of vision and with a sound ability to chanllenge and manage a dynamic environment.
