Human Capital Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract

Purpose of the job: To provide general day-to-day administration and co-ordination of ongoing Human Capital activities in line with policy, legislation, and people requirements.
Required outputs: Functional
- Provide a complete recruitment support including advertising, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks etc.
- Support the onboarding, induction and offboarding processes.
- Support human capital programme implementation.
- Provide support to line management in managing performance management processes.
- Ensure adherence of line management to human capital set deadlines for various reports.
- Provide administrative support for disciplinary and grievance processes
- Assist with handling employee queries
- Assist with maintaining training records and attendance registers
- Ensure all human capital data capturing and record keeping integrity.
- Resolve payroll and other Human Capital related queries.
- Provide standard management reports on Human Capital.
- Maintenance of BBBEE 123 System & ISO Audit.
- Comply with governance & compliance policies and procedures.
- Comply with Safety, Health, and Environment standards.
- Assist with organising all Human Capital events/functions.
- Perform adhoc duties as required
Requirements: Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 1 – 2 years related HR experience.
- Intermediate MS Word & Excel experience.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Knowledge of talent and recruitment management.
- Knowledge of labour legislations.
