Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership
- Drives expansion of the AECI Plant Health European FPR portfolio by identifying, negotiating with, and onboarding new strategic partners.
- Acts as the primary commercial contact for Tier-1 National distributors, cooperatives, and private dealers across France.
- Designs and executes tailored account plans aligned with regional and European sales objectives.
Market & Product Development
- Leads the promotion and sales of the AECI Plant Health European FPR product range, with emphasis on Nixela, Biocult, and all registered nutritional and biostimulant technologies.
- Positions AECI Plant Health’s “nature‑unlocking” technologies as essential solutions amid evolving environmental regulations.
- Conducts commercial workshops, including technical training, to strengthen distributor capability and sales competency.
Commercial Management & Reporting
- Manages the regional budget, optimising operational and travel expenditures to support national growth.
- Prepares accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and market activity reports for European leadership.
- Monitors competitor activity and industry trends to ensure product and strategy relevance.
Internal & External Collaboration
- Partners with regulatory and technical teams to ensure alignment with French agricultural standards and FPR requirements.
- Works with the supply chain team to guarantee seamless product delivery and customer support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related Business field.
- Proven success in Key Account Management within the French agricultural sector (Crop Protection, Biostimulants, Plant Nutrition).
- Established network within the French agricultural distribution ecosystem, including major cooperatives.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in agricultural sales or related roles.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of fertilizers, crop protection products, or biostimulants.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship‑building, and communication skills.
- Strategic, analytical mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to market development.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ)
The KAM France will uphold the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring responsible product handling, adherence to SHEQ guidelines, and accurate reporting of any incidents or risks.
