Are you passionate about agronomy, crop performance, and innovative agricultural technologies? We are seeking an experienced and driven Advisory Technician to support the growth and development of our biostimulant portfolio across France.

This exciting opportunity is available in:

  • Northern France – Focus on Arable Crops
  • Southern France – Focus on Vineyards and High-Value Crops

As an Advisory Technician, you will play a critical role in conducting field trials, providing technical support, engaging with distributors and growers, and identifying new market opportunities for our expanding range of plant health and biostimulant products. 


Key Responsibilities

Field Trials & Technical Validation

  • Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate field trials that demonstrate product performance and value.
  • Collect, analyse and interpret trial data to support commercial recommendations.
  • Calculate return on investment (ROI) for trials to demonstrate value to growers.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations that support product positioning and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with European technical teams to ensure scientifically sound trial execution. 

Technical Support & Training

  • Provide technical support to Key Account Managers, distributors and growers.
  • Deliver product training and technical presentations on biostimulants, plant nutrition and plant health solutions.
  • Organise and support grower days, technical workshops and trial site visits.
  • Communicate technical findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. 

Market Development

  • Identify new market opportunities and crop segments for the product portfolio.
  • Evaluate gaps within the current product offering and propose innovative solutions.
  • Monitor crop trends and agricultural developments within your territory.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive market penetration and business growth. 

SHEQ

  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, health, environmental and quality compliance.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of incidents, near misses and hazards.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and internal controls.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • BSc or MSc in Agronomy or a related agricultural discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar technical or agronomic role within the agricultural sector.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience in agricultural field trials and data interpretation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of crop production, plant nutrition and agronomy.
  • Exposure to soil biology and biostimulant products will be advantageous.
  • Experience preparing technical reports and presentations.
  • Understanding of agricultural market development and grower engagement. 

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Experience with statistical analysis software will be advantageous.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
